Service Packages
- All service packages include a 29 point inspection
- Price of parts not included in any package unless noted otherwise
- Additional charge for excessively dirty bikes, full suspension bikes, triathlon bikes, and trikes
- Free storage for 3 business days after completion, $3/day storage fee thereafter
- At your convenience, bring your bike into the shop for a free inspection/estimate.
- Note: some issues may not appear until after inspection when the labor is underway. For your convenience and to save time, there will be a $25 allowance on all Lighthouse Service Packages and a $50 for all Loop and Ledge Service Packages, allowing us to provide the best possible service for your tune up.

Each bike brought in for storage will be gone through to note condition. If a service is not selected at time of drop off, the bicycle will be returned to the owner in the condition in which it was dropped off. If a service is selected at time of drop off, it will be completed before the anticipated pick up date. If the pick-up date needs to be changed, the owner of the bicycle is to provide no less than 7 days notice to Fond du Lac Cyclery. All storage fees and service (labor, parts, and accessories) must be pre-paid at time of drop off. Bikes must be picked up before May 15th unless alternate arrangements are made. Bikes will be considered abandoned property if not picked up by August 13th (90 days after May 15th). The monthly rate will be applied for bikes picked up late. Monthly rate will be prorated to the ¼ month, rounding up. No refunds will be given for bikes picked up early.

🚲 E-Bike Service Policy
Prioritizing the safety of our shop, our staff, our customers, and our neighbors
At Fond du Lac Cyclery, we’re excited to see more people enjoying the freedom and fun of electric bikes. As a small, safety-conscious shop, we want to be as helpful as possible — while also being honest about the kinds of service we can safely provide.
This policy outlines which e-bikes we can service, the types of work we perform, and the safety standards we uphold.
✅ E-Bikes We Service
We are happy to provide full service for e-bikes that meet all of the following criteria:
- Manufactured by brands we sell or have established service support for including Trek, Electra, Giant, Liv, Momentum, Terra Trike, and Sun.
- Equipped with certified motor systems that we have dealer access to including Bosch, Hyena, Shimano, Fazua, TQ, Sram, and Yamaha
🛠️ Limited Mechanical Service
We offer basic mechanical services for other e-bikes if they have a UL-listed system, including:
- Flat tire repair / tube and tire replacement
- Brake and shifting adjustments
- Chain replacements
- Accessory installation (racks, lights, fenders, etc.)
⚠️ Some e-bikes use proprietary or unavailable parts. In those cases, we will recommend using a non-proprietary replacement or refer you to another service provider.
🚫 E-Bikes We Cannot Service
For safety and liability reasons, we do not service:
- E-bikes with non-UL-listed systems
- E-bike conversion kits*
- Electric scooters or motorcycles
- Gas-powered bicycles
- E-bikes with unknown or unsupported electronics
- Any bike with unsafe or compromised braking systems
*E-bike conversions that were done at Fond du Lac Cyclery and have clear records in our system are eligible for limited mechanical service – see above
🧰 Safety First — Always
Every e-bike is inspected before service. We reserve the right to decline or limit service if we believe the bike poses a safety risk to the rider, our staff, or the community.
